President of BEMC USA

Specializes in partnerships for the design and application electro mechanical systems for a variety of industrial applications. Bill secured a four year degree in engineering from a prestigious engineering University. He has 30 years of engineering experience in helping companies to design equipment suited for difficult applications. Bill has experience in multiple disciplines in a variety of industries enabling him to provide technical solutions for a variety of specialized areas of industry such as Chemical Plants, Refineries, Steel Mills, Pulp and Paper Mills, and other basic materials manufacturing industries.

Stephen Sumrall


Stephen is a mechanical engineer with 5 years of experience holding key responsibilities on many product development projects for medical, consumer, and industrial markets at L-3 Mustang Technology, i-2-M, and LeTourneau University. He has a proven track record of versatility, excellent communication, and creative problem solving skills. Stephen is experienced in various steps of the product development process including: Machining and rapid prototyping (500+ hrs), SolidWorks and AutoDesk products (2500+ hrs), part and assembly drawings (100+), FEA (COMSOL Multiphysics and AutoDesk F360). He is passionate about solving exciting, unexpected challenges unique to new products!
